So today I was overcome with the urge to draw a fish. The creative juices got flowing earlier in the week when I saw Jeff Canham's work. I started wanting to blatantly bite his style but use skate words instead of surf/nautical words. When I got my piece of metal to work on I felt like it was the perfect shape for a fish, so I looked at a bunch of fish pictures and came up with this guy. It isn't any particular fish, but It was fun to make and experiment with acrylic paints. It needs a few more layers, and a lot of advice from Kellette, but I'm pretty stoked on it so far.

thats pretty cool. i never thought of painting on metal like that. how big is it?
